We ship our products only within Germany and the EU. Shipping is handled by DHL/Deutsche Post.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Options

Standard shipping within Germany: €4.99 – Delivery time approx. 3-5 business days

Standard shipping within the EU*: €6.99 – Delivery time approx. 5-8 business days

Free shipping: For orders over €45

*EU includes the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:

Standard shipping within Germany: approx. 3-5 business days

Standard shipping within the EU: approx. 5-8 business days

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Germany and not internationally.

5. Shipment Tracking

After shipment, you may receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@lumicat.de.

Damaged Goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can find a solution.
