Nail Nerd Academy: free guides about press-ons

In the Nail Nerd Academy, you’ll find free guides about press-on nails, with no registration and no paywall. I’m Belle, the founder of LumiCat, and I show you step by step how to apply press-ons properly (about 10 minutes) and remove them gently. Preparation decides how well they hold, and with nail glue you also need the remover oil to take them off.

Durability, care & hygiene

With adhesive tabs, press-ons stay on securely for several days; we recommend removing them after 5–7 days at the latest or swapping the tabs. With nail glue, they last up to 2 weeks, for some people longer, but can then usually only be worn once. How to care for and reuse them is explained in Durability & Care, and why hygiene matters in Press-On Hygiene.
