Hi, I’m Belle! 👋
Mum of two, nail nerd 🤓 and the person behind LumiCat.

I’ve been wearing press-ons almost non-stop since May 2025, and I’ve tested more than 24 brands along the way, from cheap no-name sets to pricey big names. Only what passes my own tough test makes it into the shop.

LumiCat is a one-woman shop. I pick every design myself, test it, photograph it and pack your order personally. So there’s no big corporation behind your set, just me.

How It All Started

For a long time, I did nothing with my nails at all. The occasional coat of polish, but it never lasted more than a day. Kids, dishes, work, you know how it is. For the nail salon, I lacked the time, the motivation and, honestly, the money.

In May 2025, I tried press-ons for the first time and I’ve hardly been without them since. What started as a practical fix quickly turned into a passion. They go on in minutes, look instantly polished and can be reused. And they give me a little moment just for myself in a busy day.

My collection has gotten … slightly out of hand 😅 More than 24 brands, plus plenty of no-name sets from big online marketplaces. That’s how I know exactly which press-ons are really good, which pop off after two days and which only look expensive. That knowledge goes into every LumiCat set.


My Tough Test

Before a design joins LumiCat, it has to survive my everyday life: two kids, housework, work, dishes. And when it counts, almost a full week of festival. My press-ons came along to Wacken Open Air. 🤘

If it doesn’t survive that, I don’t sell it.

I’m a bit alt myself and wear black almost every day. That’s why it mattered to me that LumiCat offers black nails in every shape. Blackout is so far the only colour you can get in Short Almond, Short Oval and Extra Short Squoval, so every alt girl can find her shape.
